Request a guarantee

How to request your guarantee, step by step

The process has five stages. Some depend on you and others on the platform; we let you know as each one moves forward.

Sign up
You
Create your AvalDAO account and link a wallet. Without a wallet you will not be able to take part in a guarantee.

We verify your profile
Platform
The AvalDAO team reviews your identity. We will email you once your profile is verified.

Create your request
You
Fill in the guarantee form: project, amount, installments, and the wallets of the merchant and the guaranteed person.

We review your request
Platform
AvalDAO reviews the request and, if approved, records it on the blockchain.

The guarantee is signed
Participants
All participants sign the guarantee with their wallets. Once every signature is in, the guarantee becomes active and backed by the guarantee fund.

Signing is done with a wallet account. Creating one costs nothing and takes a few minutes. We recommend using MetaMask.
